The Rotary District 6400 Membership Committee is here to help you.

District Membership Committee  is dedicated to strengthening Rotary across our District by increasing net active membership and supporting long-term, sustainable growth.   The committee partners closely with clubs, Assistant Governors, and District leadership to cultivate a vibrant and expanding Rotary community.

The committee works in these areas:
1. Grow Net Active Membership Across the District.   We work to ensure that every club experiences consistent, measurable growth by helping them attract new members, retain existing members, and maintain active engagement throughout the Rotary year.

2. Provide Tools, Processes, and Support for Clubs and District Leaders.  The committee collaborates with clubs to create, enhance, or curate best-in-class resources from Rotary International. These tools are designed to empower club leaders, AGs, and district teams to drive growth in:
  • Attraction – inviting and onboarding new prospects
  • Engagement – creating meaningful, high-impact member experiences
  • New Club Development – launching new Rotary, Satellite, and Rotaract clubs where opportunities exist
  • Member Experience:  The Rotary membership experience is driven by fellowship, community service and professional networking.     At its core, a fulfilling experience relies on enjoyable meetings, deep friendships, and confidence in club leadership. To maximize this, Rotary clubs focus heavily on early engagement, mentorship, and “radical hospitality” to ensure members feel highly valued.
