Great Lakes PETS

• No registrations will be accepted after 5 pm on March 6, 2024. Exceptions may be made to the policy, but only upon approval of the registrant’s DGE and the GLRPETS Registrar. Registrations accepted after March 6, 2024 will be charged $375
• PEs registering after the early registration period will be responsible for the added registration fees.

GLRPETS Registration Fee covers:

• All Meals
• Plenary Sessions with dynamic Keynote Speakers
• PETS Forum Sessions – Membership, Public Image, and The Rotary Foundation
• Pre-seminar Elective Sessions
• Parking in the Radisson Garage
• Overhead costs of the meeting rooms, audio/visual technology, Keynote Speakers, and expenses for the training sessions.

GLRPETS Registration Fee does not cover:

• Hotel accommodations
• Parking at locations other than the Radisson Garage
• Valet Parking
• Meals not on the schedule
• Travel expenses involved with attending PETS.

Hotel Registration

• When you register for GLRPETS you can also request a hotel room, indicate the nights you will be staying, and what kind of room you need.
• Your hotel reservation will be handled by the PETS registrar.
  • Discounted room rates only apply to reservations made through GLRPETS.
  • The Radisson, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2Suites will not accept individual reservations from GLRPETS attendees.
  • The hotels will NOT be able to help with registration questions.
• All room assignments are made on a space-available basis, so reserve your room early.

​Check-In/Check-Out

• Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out time is prior to 12:00 noon
• A credit card and valid ID is required at check in.
