PETS and DISTRICT ASSEMBLY     Both (Tentatively) Rescheduled for May 16, 2020

President-Elect Training Seminar (PETS). Because of COVID-19 D6400 canceled its participation in the Great Lakes Rotary President-Elect Training Seminar (GLRPETS).  (As it turns out, we correctly anticipated the risk and GLRPETS was completely canceled half-way through its second day.)  In order that the PEs are fully trained for their year we are offering a half-day condensed version of PETS on the afternoon of the District Assembly.   We ask each PE that registered for GLRPETS to send a copy of their receipt showing the Hotel charge to District Trainer PDG Rick Caron  We are working through different scenarios for refunds and this depends on what concessions might be made by the hotel.

District Assembly (DA):  We have cancelled the April 18, 2020.

Combined PETS and DA:  We are hoping to run a combined PETS / DA on May 16, 2020 at Wayne County Community College, 21000 Northline Road, Taylor, MI.  DG Noel and PDG Rick are developing plans for alternative training methods should it be wise / necessary to also cancel the May 16 date. 

There will be some changes, for example, we are starting the event a bit later and will not be serving breakfast.  Consequently, the registration fee has been eliminated.
