This notice is given in accordance with District 6400 Bylaw 5.4 and serves to advise the presidents of all clubs in District 6400 that their club may nominate a candidate for consideration of the District Nominating Committee to hold the positions of District Governor Nominee in 2019-2020, District Governor Elect in 2020-2021 and District Governor in 2021-2022.  All nominations must be submitted by email to District Governor Paul Sincock on or before December 1, 2018, on the fully executed form available at this link.  District Governor Paul will forward the completed nomination forms to the Chair of the District Nominating committee on or before December 7, 2018.  The District Nominating Committee consists of the five immediate Past District Governors who are active members of clubs in the District and is chaired by the senior member of this group in terms of the number of years since he or she has served as District Governor.  The District Nominating Committee shall meet on or before January 7, 2019 to consider the proposed candidates and make their selection.
