The Rotary District 6400 Foundation is a public charity [501(c)(3)] which receives more than 33 1/3% of support from contributions and gross receipts from activities related to its’ charitable purpose.  The Rotary District 6400 Foundation is director-directed by 5 trustees and is governed and operates separately from Rotary District 6400. The purpose of the Rotary District 6400 Foundation is primarily twofold:

  1. To receive charitable donations toward specific (restricted) local and international humanitarian project grants supported by various clubs of Rotary District 6400, including donations from Rotary International for use by the District Rotary Foundation Committee.
  2. To pursue fundraising in support of other grant requests from Rotary District 6400 clubs and humanitarian needs in local and international communities– traditionally limited to District Governor’s Golf Outing.
  3. Provide information and data about Rotary Foundation Programs: Grants, Scholars and  Vocational Training
