Sue was the Charter President of the Adrian Morning Rotary Club, 1999. Sue is a very active member in her club, district and across the Rotary world. Sue served as a six-year District 6400 Youth Exchange Chair, as a District Conference Chair for several District Conferences, as well as a District Vision Facilitator. Over the years, Sue has worked on numerous international service projects including volunteering as an ESL volunteer in Santarem, Brazil, participating on a R.E.L.A.Y. (Rotarians Enhancing Learning of African Youth) team to Ghana and traveling to Calcutta, India to work at the Pilayi School for Girls, and she most recently traveled to El Salvador to work at the Centro Arte para la Paz. Sue has been a Facilitator and speaker at the Rotary International Youth Exchange Pre-Convention meetings, and has been involved with Central States Rotary Youth Exchange for over 10 years. She currently serves at the EEMA 4 Correspondent for CSRYE. Sue and her Rotarian PDG husband Bruce served as the Institute Chairs at the recent Motor City Zone in Detroit.
Sue and Bruce have been happily married for 31 years. They share a passion for helping others and traveling around the world. Bruce and Sue have one son, David who is married to his High School sweetheart Nicole, and a furry child aka Dachshund, Buddy. Outside of Rotary Bruce and Sue own a Radio Company that operates 5 radio stations. In their spare time they love to go to their home in Florida, boating, and spending time with family and friends
