About the Council on Legislation

Every three years, representatives from Rotary districts worldwide gather in Chicago to review and vote on proposed legislation that governs Rotary. The Council on Legislation is an essential part of Rotary’s governance. The Council on Legislation processes and reviews proposed legislation for the 2022 Council, as well as decisions from the 2019 meetings.  Our representative for the 2022 COL was PDG Larry Wright.
