Mid-year Meetings for 2019-2020 Club Presidents and Assistant Governors

Governor John invites his presidents and assistant governors to attend one of the two mid-year meetings.  One is held in the U.S.A and the other in Canada.  Food is available at 5:30 P.M. and the program runs from 5:45 – 9:30 P.M.  Presidents will have a chance to share anecdotes about their club’s accomplishments followed by discussions on various awards / recognitions available to their club and club members.  This will be followed by a presentation on new directions for the Rotary Foundation and announcements of upcoming events, especially, District Conference!  Here are the two meetings times and locations available to you, including the appropriate registration link.  Please register to help us ensure that we have enough food for everyone and that we don’t incur the expense of over-ordering; and please bring a laptop / tablet.

Pre-PETS Meetings for 2020-2021 Club Presidents and Assistant Governors

Governor-Elect Noel invites his presidents-elect and the 2020-2021 assistant governors to attend one of the two Pre-PETS meetings.  One is held in the U.S.A and the other in Canada.  Food is available at 5:30 P.M. and the program runs from 5:45 – 9:30 P.M.  At this meeting we will hear about Noel’s experiences at the International Assembly, including 2020-2021 Rotary International President Holger Knaak’s theme and goals, we will work to establish and record your club goals, cover some DACdb and Rotary Club Central basics and help fully prepare you for PETS.  Please register to help us ensure that we have enough food for everyone and that we don’t incur the expense of over-ordering, and please bring a laptop / tablet.

PETS

PETS Registration is Now Open to 2020-2021 Presidents and Assistant Governors

Registration is now open for the President-Elect Training Seminar (PETS) held at the Radisson Hotel in Kalamazoo, Michigan from March 12 – 14, 2020.  PETS is a premier, high quality training experience and is a required training event for presidents-elect.  Your registration, which includes meals, has been paid by your club as part of the District dues but you still need to register and book and arrange payment for your hotel room.  A link to the registration page is given below.  When you start your online registration, you will be taken to a ClubRunner page that is provided to PETS by D6380.  Consequently, your club name will not appear on the list of clubs.  Please select “Input Club Name” and then enter your club name.  We encourage all Assistant Governors to attend PETS and the District will cover your registration fee and half of your room fee, i.e., if you share a room with another AG, your room is charge is covered.  If you want to bring a guest with you the charge is USD $195 for registration and meals.  Register now to guarantee your room at the Radisson.
